With Mount St. Mary’s University’s Bachelor of Science in entrepreneurship you will learn how to take an idea from the drawing board to the board of directors. The entrepreneurship major is an interdisciplinary, hands-on course of study that provides limitless possibilities for the explorer, creative, out-side-the-box thinker and doer. You’ll develop your personal skill set and push boundaries within a safe, embracing academic environment, taking your creative critical thinking into your chosen field of employment, your new venture or your new nonprofit.
The entrepreneurship curriculum offers students an interdisciplinary approach that will broaden students’ understanding of the environment of modern business development, management, and organizational leadership. The Mount’s entrepreneurship major does not singularly focus on new business start-ups, but strives for the holistic awakening of an entrepreneurial spirit which promotes success in a wide range of life pursuits.
As a student in the Mount’s accelerated undergraduate entrepreneurship program you will:
- Attend convenient classes. Classes meet one night per week (6-10 p.m.). Our Frederick campus is minutes from I-70 and I-270, near the FSK Mall.
- Finish at your own pace. Courses are offered year round in accelerated 5- and 8-week sessions. Take the courses you need at your convenience.
