Keep Your Organization Safe from Cyber Threats

The Mount’s post-baccalaureate certificate in risk management and cybersecurity was designed with working professionals in mind – especially those without advanced technology experience.

You’ll begin your program by gaining an understanding of the integration between computer architecture, operating systems and application programs, along with network concepts, foundations of the internet and risks associated with connectivity.

Mount professors will discuss practical topics such as keeping individual computers safe while online and ensuring email is secure. Courses will also cover Risk Management Framework elements, how to keep networked computer systems safe and topics such as DNS servers, secure network configuration and disaster and backup recovery.

And with our accelerated course delivery you’ll complete the certificate with a capstone project that demonstrates the skills and tools you’ve learned as it applies to your career in as quickly as one year.

Courses include:

  • Introduction to Risk Management and Cybersecurity for a Digital World
  • Technology Risk and Security for the Individual
  • Technology Risk and Security for Networked Computers
  • Risk Management and Cybersecurity Capstone
